Norma (Collins) Robinson, 71, of Roseville, passed away at 6:12pm, Sunday, January 28, 2024, in the care of Genesis Hospice Morrison House, Zanesville. She was born on October 10, 1952, to the late William “Bill” Collins and Lela (Harper) Grant. For over twenty years, she was a valued employee at United Technologies and then Essex Wire, where her commitment and hard work never went unnoticed. Those who knew Norma will remember her as someone who was incredibly stubborn, a trait that often translated into the face of life's challenges. Her hobbies included camping and fishing, activities that allowed her to enjoy herself in the tranquility of nature. Norma's love for the outdoors was infectious, and she often shared these memories with her family and friends. She is survived by her loving daughters, Glenna (Spike Elson) Adkins, and Tracey Collins; her adored grandchildren, Tricia, Kayla, Stephanie, Kristeena, Brandon, Chelsie, and Dustin, as well as her 22 great-grandchildren, who brought pride and joy to her life: sisters, Nancy Pettit, and Diane Collins; lastly, her faithful fur companion, Biddy-Bite, who she loved immensely. Norma was preceded in death by her sons, Justin Collins, and Jamie Wheeler; by her parents; siblings, Robert Collins, Butch Collins, Debbie Brailor and a very special angel, her great grandson, Evan Collins-McGill. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, January 31 from 4pm – 6pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 33 N. Main Street, Roseville, where funeral services will begin at 6pm with cremation to follow.
