Martha J. Zink, 85, of Roseville, passed away peacefully, Sunday July 1, 2018 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born on October 27, 1932 in Roseville, the daughter of the late Fred and Ruth (Browning) Valentine. Martha was a life long resident of Roseville and was employed as a cashier with Barkers IGA for many years. She loved her grandchildren, her family and her faithful fur companion, Baby. Martha was a member of Christ Church in Crooksville. She is survived by her loving children, John (Luann) Zink of Placida, FL, Gregory (Abby) Zink of Roseville, Paulette (Jim) Miller of Hopewell and Julie (Roger) Evans of Roseville; special grandchildren, Michelle Maxwell, Johnny Zink, Robin Hart, Devan Zink, Erin Evans, Lauren Komaromy, Zachary Maxwell, Amy Murtha and Melinda Evans; 7 great grandchildren; and sisters, Sharon Williamson and Sally Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth P. Zink; an infant daughter; granddaughter, Leighanne Maxwell; great granddaughter, Ana Zink; brothers, Neil Combs, Howard Valentine, James Valentine, Richard Lee Valentine; and sister, Ruth Ann Evilsizer. Friends may call Tuesday July 3, 2018 from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 33 N. Main Street, Roseville, where funeral services will be held Wednesday July 4, 2018 at 11am with Stan McHenry officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill next to her husband. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Christ Church or Muskingum County Animal Shelter in memory of Martha.
