Wilburn “Ray” Mills, 87, of Crooksville passed away at the Genesis Hospice Morrison House on Friday, November 27, 2015 surrounded by his loving family.  He was born March 19, 1928 in Logan County, West Virginia to the late James Martin and Antha Evans Mills. Wilburn was a lifelong worker in several coal mines.  Wilburn was a member of the VFW Post 9090, Crooksville Eagles and loved his lottery tickets. He is survived by his wife, Beth; Son, James Martin (Jimmy Joe) (Wanda) Mills of Crooksville; Daughter, Jean Ann (Pat) McNeish of Zanesville; Step-Daughters, Amber (Kevin Kynnersley) Lutz, Kayla Lutz of Toledo, Megan (Shawn) Guthrie of Zanesville; Grandchildren, Robbie McNeish, Lisa Wilson, Lori Rowlands, Jimmy Joe Mills; Great Grandchildren, Aaron, Sarah, Hope, Dylan, Paige, Taylor, Chase, Keelan, Caeden, Danielle, Megan, Lexi, Destiny; Great Great Grandchildren Cooper, Dameon, Ava.   Ray was preceded in death by his first wife, Beulah;  faithful fur companion Maddie; Brothers Homer and Howard Mills; Sisters Eula Osborn, Hazel Newsome and Mandy Browning. Calling hours will be held Monday, November 30, from 6 pm to 8 pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 207 Burley Street Crooksville, OH.  Graveside funeral service will be held December 1 at 12 pm at Highland Memorial Garden, 42 Highland Gardens Cemetery Road, Pecks Mills WV, 25547 with Pastor Roger Mills officiating.  To send a note of condolences to the family visit www.ross-frashfuneralhomes.com
