Warren Walpole, 87, of Deavertown, passed away Sunday July 11, 2021 at Altercare under the care of Hospice of Central Ohio. He was born October 8, 1933 at his home place in Crooksville, to the late Archie and Bernice Hicks Walpole. Warren worked as a security guard at the former TRW and later worked and retired from Columbia Cement and Buckeye Supply. He dedicated a majority of his life as a fulltime farmer and providing for his family. He enjoyed spending time at the farm, sitting on the porch and visiting with family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife and caregiver of 66 years, Mary Tatman Walpole; daughter and son-in-law, Julie (Bob) Pletcher; grandchildren, Jeremy Launders, Amy (Shawn) Alberty and Brandon (Vanessa) Frash; 3 great grandchildren; special friends and family, John (Christy) Totten, Kandy Hanifan and Lori Hanifan; and many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents; daughter, Tina Williams; aunts and uncles, Earl Bud (Ruth) Hicks and Florence (Gordon) Weese. The Walpole family would like to extend a special thank you to the critical care nurses from Hospice of Central Ohio and the nursing staff at Altercare Zanesville for the comforting care Warren received. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday July 23, 2021 at Black Oak Cemetery, Deavertown, with Pastor Clyde Boring officiating.
