Stewart Worden, Jr Obituary

Stewart W. Worden Jr., 76, of New Lexington, passed away peacefully, Tuesday November 13, 2018 at his residence. He was born on April 1, 1942 in Rome, New York to the late Stewart and Betty Knight Worden. He was a Vietnam Veteran and served his country through the United States Marine Corp. Stewart loved to pan for gold when he lived in Arizona, fishing and painting pictures until his hands wouldn’t allow it any more. He is survived by his loving wife, Reba Powell Worden; sons, Adam Worden, Joshua Worden, Steven Williams and Billy Harding; daughter, Yvette; many grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brother, Chuck Worden of Oregon; step brother, Donnie; step sister, Carol Wilson of Oregon; and special brother and sister in law, Robert and Denise Powell. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jim Wylie and sister, Linda. Per Stewart’s wishes, no calling hours will be observed and he will return home to Arizona.
