Rodney D Grannon

Rodney Grannon, 67 of Newark, formerly of Crooksville, passed away Monday May 31, 2021 at Licking Memorial Hospital under the care of Hospice of Central Ohio. Born on July 29, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio he was the son of the late George and Peggy Tracy Grannon. Rodney was a jack of all trades, loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping. He could be found many Friday and Saturday nights watching dirt track racing as which was one of his biggest joys. He is survived by a daughter, Megan (Ben Kullman) Grannon; sons, Dustin Grannon, Dale Grannon and Danny Farrus; brother, George (Amy) Grannon; grandchildren, Anthony, Marcus and Dominique Tracey, Hazen, Dustin, Dorian and Delanie Grannon, Abby Lee, Hunter and Camara Kullman and Jace Grannon; best friend, Mickey Clark. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Blade Grannon; nephew, Nathan Grannon and great niece, Kaitlyn Grannon. Calling hours will be held from 2pm to 5pm, Sunday June 6, 2021 at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 207 Burley Street, Crooksville, where services will begin at 5pm with Pastor Larry Taylor officiating.
