Renita (Papageorge) Leach

Renita D. Leach, 73, of Crooksville, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2023, at Altercare of Somerset. Born on April 21, 1950, she was the cherished daughter of the late Chris and Mary Eloise (Rambo) Papageorge. Renita was the devoted mother to Dean (Mary) Dupler, Cathleen (Lewis) Clarke, Derek Dupler, and Damara (Juan) Villalobos. She was a proud grandmother to Arron, Dolton, Joshua, Seth, Ryan, Zoe, Makenzee, and Mateo. Her legacy continues in her great-grandchildren Haven, Chloe, Oliver, Everest, Reagan, and Rayleigh. She was the loving sister of Leaninne (Rodney) McPeck, Craig (Deb) Papageorge, Kevin Papageorge, Lora (Tim) Guenthner, Kent (Tammy) Papageorge, Michael (Destiny) Papageorge, and Alicia (Troy) Tipton and sister-in-law, Debbie Papageorge. Renita had a successful career with PCC Airfoils in Crooksville before retiring to dedicate her time to her family as a homemaker. Her interests painted a picture of a woman who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She had an enduring love for Blue Grass Music, held a fondness for John Wayne movies that was well-known among her family and friends, and was an avid fan of the Denver Broncos. Renita was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Leach, parents, brother Lynn Papageorge.
