Nancy J Headley

Nancy Headley, 68, of Crooksville, passed away Thursday May 6, 2021 at her residence after an extended illness. She was born on September 21, 1952 in Zanesville to the late William A. and Dorothy Wickham Brown. Nancy was formerly employed with Family Dollar in Crooksville where she served as a clerk and Eaglesticks as a food preparer. She loved spending time with her family, they were her life. Nancy enjoyed gambling and taking trips to Wheeling. Surviving are her daughters, Roxanna (George Mayo) Fortney of Roseville and Alicia (JC) Sweeney of Zanesville; grandchildren, Niki, William, Robert, Christopher, Deven and Alex; great grandchildren, Dee Jea, Cody, Henry, Myah, Remington, Jasper, Walker, Mychelle and Madelyn; brother, William T. (Kathy) Brown of Canton; special friend, Rodney Olney and faithful fur companion, Sammy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Headley; brothers, John, Charles, Leonard, and William Brown; sisters, Mary Gohring, Marjorie Bickford and Jeanette Fountain. Calling hours will be held Wednesday May 12, 2021 from 4pm to 7pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 207 Burley Street, Crooksville, where funeral services will begin at 7pm with Celebrant Darren Tolbert officiating.
