Margaret Jean Tranner Oliver, 35, of Washington Courthouse passed away December 7, 2015 at Mt. Carmel West in Columbus. She was born September 1, 1980 in Zanesville, Ohio to Lisa (Robert Stethem) Lytton Alltop of Zanesville. Maggie was a daughter, wife, sister and so much more. She loved to sing, dance, and had a beautiful voice. She was a person with a huge heart who would help anyone, even if it meant giving her last dollar or the shirt off her back. Maggie was extremely strong-willed and once she made up her mind nothing short of an act of God could change that. It was with that sense of determination that she approached the world and those that needed help. She was a beautiful soul that loved animals and people. If there is one thing that can be said about Margaret, it is that she would be over joyed to help others and their families. Maggie is survived by her husband, John Oliver of the home; Daughter Kaytlynn Alltop of Zanesville; Sons Brandon and Trevor Baker of Coshocton; Brothers, James (Rita) Tranner of White Cottage, Travis and Connor Tranner of Washington Courthouse; Sisters Mary (Ernie Duncan) Alltop of Zanesville, Della Alltop of Zanesville and Abbie Tranner of Washington Courthouse; nieces and nephews, Jordan, Marley, Jett, Zolenna, Zachariah, Anthony and Antasia; Father James (Michelle Clemons)Tranner Sr. She was preceded in death by both her maternal and paternal grandparents.
