David Bush, 53, of Blue Rock, passed away peacefully, Monday December 20, 2021 after a short battle with cancer, with his loving mother by his side. He was born on October 19, 1968 in Zanesville to Judy (Dusenberry) Bush and th e late Ivan Bush. David was formerly employed with the Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Company and helped his father at their family farm. He loved the outdoors, his cattle, hunting and fishing. When he wasn’t working on the farm, he enjoyed watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and Professional Wrestling. Surviving are his mother, Judy Bush; sister, Cheryl Dumolt; aunt, Teresa Jesse; nephews, Aaron and Adam Dumolt; 5 great nephews, 2 great nieces and several cousins; special friends, Larry (Darlene) Wells and Jeremy Palmer; faithful fur buddies, Annie, Daisy and Teddy. He was preceded in death by his son, Eian Bush; father, Ivan Bush; grandparents, Herman and Rosalee (Gillespie) Bush and Fred (Wilma) Dusenberry; and uncle, Jim Jesse. Calling hours will be held Thursday December 23, 2021 from 11:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 207 Burley Street, Crooksville with Pastor Don Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Blue Rock. The family would like to thank Pastor Don Harris, Shrivers Hospice and Teresa Cunningham for his care.
