Betty Jean Lacey

Betty Jean Lacey, 83, of Zanesville formerly of Roseville, passed away February 11, 2016 at Genesis Hospital. She was born March 21, 1932 in Roseville to the late William “Pete” and Mary Shipley Snyder. Betty was a Homemaker all of her life and was a loving mother and grandmother dedicated to caring for her family. She is survived by a son, David Lacey of Zanesville; daughter, Cindy (Bud) Bailey of Zanesville; grandchildren, Tami (Mike) Siegenthal, Sam  (Robin) Bailey, Lori Lacey and Wendi Hayes; Great Grandchildren, Brett Bailey, Brittany Bailey, Shawntae Terrill, Kyle Valentine, Dekota Hildebrand; and a  Sister, Luada (Jerry) Schwendeman of Washington State. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Andrew; Son, Steven Lacey who passed away in 1968; brothers Bob, Bill, Lawrence, Earl and John Snyder;  and sisters, Dorothy Harter, Jenny Goody and Bertha Mae Wyer. Calling hours will be held Monday February 15  from 11 to 1pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 33 Main Street Roseville  with Funeral Services at 1 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Pastor Al Laese officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery next to her beloved husband.
