Phyllis M. Erwin, 74, of McConnelsville, passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 at Riverside Country Care in McConnelsville. She was born April 15, 1943 in Corning, Ohio to the late Russell and Evelyn Plant Embrey. She spent most of her life as a homemaker and was a member of Christian Fellowship in McConnelsville. Phyllis loved singing with her church family and playing bingo. She is survived by children, Robert Erwin, Michael Erwin and Karen Clark; brother, Jesse Embrey; sisters, Viola Malcolm, Evelyn Bates, Rita Omen, Donna Miller and Sue Tokie; 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Erwin; brothers, Kenny Embrey and William Embrey; and a sister, Goldie Bolyard. No services will be observed at this time.
