Mary L. Kern, 71, of Roseville, passed away Wednesday May 30, 2018 at Adams Lane Care Center. She was born February 14, 1947, a Valentine's Day blessing, in Zanesville, to the late Catherine (Rushing) and Russell Robbins. Mary worked as an outreach worker for Community Action in Zanesville and loved to baby sit. She is survived by brothers, Robert (Becky) Robbins and Richard Robbins; several nieces and nephews; and special companion, Steve Higgins. Preceding her in death were her husband, Alfred Ray Kern; children, Billy and David Kern; and brother, Donald Robbins Sr. Calling hours will be held Monday June 4, 2018 from 6pm to 8pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 33 N. Main Street, Roseville. Graveside services will be held in Rose Hill Cemetery at a later date.
