Mary Ann Garrett, 83, of Roseville, passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017 at her residence after an extended illness. She was born July 1, 1934 in Roseville, to the late Richard and Esther Smith Evans. Mary Ann worked as the receiving manager for both Harts and Big Bear Companies in South Zanesville and owned and operated Mary Ann's Antiques in Roseville. She was Nazarene by faith. Mary Ann is survived by her loving husband, Greg Garrett of the home; brother, Richard Evans of Roseville; sister-in-law, Susan (Max) Russell of Zanesville; niece, Melissa Russell of Virginia; nephews, Roger (Julie)  Evans and Doug Evans of Roseville and Matt (Stacey) Russell of Zanesville; great nieces, Madeline Russell of Zanesville,  Amy Murtha of Alaska, Mindy Evans of Roseville, and Erin Evans of Wheeling.. She was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Lou Evans. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, August 1, 2017 in Rose Hill Cemetery with Pastor John Sellers officiating.
