Kevin S. McGrath, 62, of Crooksville, passed away Friday, May 20, 2022, at Genesis Hospice Morrison House, after a long courageous battle against cancer. He was born on September 2, 1959, in Zanesville, to Joy Thomas McGrath and the late George McGrath. He retired from Rockwell International /Arvin Meritor as a machinist. Kevin was a member of the Crooksville-Roseville VFW Post 9090 and Peerless Lodge 591 F & A M, Crooksville. He was a great husband, amazing father, and loving grandfather. Kevin enjoyed fishing, hunting, and travelling around the world to various places of paradise with his wife, Tina. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Tina Allen McGrath of the home; son, Brandon (Carly) McGrath of Mansfield; stepchildren, Doug Wood of Roseville, Josh (Tiffany) Wood of Arizona and Christina (Michael) Crawford of Pickerington; grandchildren, Brayden, Malia and Will; brother, Randy (Robin) McGrath of Crooksville and very special friend, Danny Smith of Crooksville. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 207 Burley Street, Crooksville, from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm with Masonic Services held at 7:30pm. Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at the funeral home with Pastor Marc Caton officiating. Burial will follow in Crooksville Cemetery at a later date.
