Hiram George Ihinger, 85, of Roseville, passed away peacefully Friday, September 18, 2015 at Heartland of Fairfield in Thornville. Hiram was born August 21, 1930 in Roseville, to the late Lloyd and Gladys Hickman Ihinger. He was an asset to his community by providing service for 54 years as the owner and operator of Ihinger's Texaco Service Station, which he purchased in 1961. Hiram was a member of Ebenezer Church, Roseville American Legion Post 71 and the Zanesville Fraternal Order of Eagles. He also was an avid fan of stock car racing and loved to fish. Hiram proudly served our country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his sons, Hiram "Glen" (Vanessa) Ihinger of Roseville and Albert "Eddie" Ihinger of Logan; grandchildren, Jared Ihinger of Galion and Luke (Pam) Davis of Roseville; along with 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his step father Albert Ihinger; a son, Lloyd Ihinger; grandchildren, Cory Ihinger and Kevin Ihinger and a great grandchild, Cameron Ihinger. Calling Hours will be held from 5 to 8 pm Monday September 21, 2015 at ROSS-FRASH FUNERAL HOME, 33 Main Street, Roseville, where funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 22 at 1pm with Rev.
