Fred Zinn, 74 of Springville, Tennessee, formerly of Crooksville, passed away Wednesday November 4, 2015 at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, Tennessee. He was born June 24, 1941 in Crooksville to the late Fred G. Zinn and Wilda Mae Harris Zinn. Fred was retired from General Motors in Michigan and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church in Paris, Tn. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Lois Sothen Zinn of Springville, Tennessee; a brother , Joe (JoAnn) Zinn of Colorado Springs; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Fred was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Retta Cowan; and brothers, Bill Zinn, James, Zinn and Vic Zinn . Calling hours will be held from 11 to 1pm Monday, November 9, 2015 at the ROSS-FRASH FUNERAL HOME, 207 Burley Street, Crooksville, where services will begin at 1pm with Pastor Larry Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Roseville.
