Edith Jane (Ratliff) Seenes, 70, of Roseville, gained her angels wings Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at Genesis Hospital, Zanesville surrounded by her loved ones. Mrs. Seenes was born March 30, 1947 in Zanesville, to the late Clarence and Betty Hoops Ratliff. She was a hard worker and spent most of her life dedicated as a homemaker. She married the late Robert L. Seenes, Sr in 1966 and spent 35 years as a housewife. Edith was not only a former foster parent to many children over the years, but also an amazing mother and grandmother. She will be missed greatly by all that knew her. She is survived by 4 children; Robyn L. Seenes and Chester L. Seenes, both of Roseville, Robert L. (Macey King) Seenes, Jr., of New Lexington and Janie M. (Brian) Knerr of New Lexington; and 5, soon to be 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Robert who passed in 2001. Per her request, no services will be observed. Arrangements have been entrusted with Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 33 N. Main Street, Roseville.
