Dennis R. Roberts, 86, of Mt. Perry, passed away peacefully, Wednesday February 19, 2025, at Altercare Somerset in the care of the Hospice of Central Ohio. He was born at his family home in Zanesville on September 19, 1938, to the late Charles and Hazel (Thompson) Roberts. He was a member of the Jonathan Creek Gospel Church and held employment multiple places such as Columbia Cement being his longest years of service, up until retirement with Nelson Tree Service. In his spare time, he enjoyed the true crafts of woodworking and carving. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Donna (Reed) Roberts; daughter, Diane (Douglas) Smith; grandchildren, Douglas Bryan (Torri) Smith and Hilary Crozier; great grandchildren, Tayli, Mea, Toryn and Trebb. He also leaves behind brothers, Roger and Doug Roberts. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Richard "Dick" Roberts and William "Bill" Roberts. A dignified cremation will take place under the direction of Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 207 Burley Street, Crooksville.
