Crooksville

Adam M. Scott, 30, of Crooksville, passed away Saturday August 27, 2016 as a result of an ATV accident. Adam was born in Zanesville on April 25, 1986 to his mother Lisa (Leroy) Scott and the late Ronald Maxwell. He drove dirt track race cars and loved racing, and his family.  Adam is survived by his mother, his dad that raised him since he was 3, Bill (Angie) LeRoy of Crooksville and his father for the past several years, Hank Bradley of Crooksville; wife, Mickinzie (Wrather) Scott of Crooksville, son; Wyatt Maxwell Scott of Adamsville; brother, Matthew LeRoy of Mt. Sterling; sisters, McKenzie LeRoy and Chelsea LeRoy of Crooksville, Amanda LeRoy of Mt. Sterling; nephews, Bryson, Blayden, Blaine Wetzell and Dale Tom; Grandmothers, Janet Scott and Mona Bell Maxwell. Adam was preceded in death by grandparents Dwight Scott, Naomi LeRoy and Bill LeRoy. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 30 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Wednesday August 31 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 207 Burley Street, Crooksville, OH.  Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 31 at 2pm at the funeral home with Pastor Gay Blau officiating. Burial will follow in Crooksville Cemetery.
