Alan Ray Spring

Alan R. Spring, 56, of Roseville, passed away Tuesday January 22, 2019 at Riverside Methodist Hospital after a sudden illness. Born March 25, 1962 in Zanesville, he was the son of the late Paul Spring and Mary Rider Spring of Roseville. Alan enjoyed playing baseball and football during his childhood and worked at area potteries as well as Mount Perry Foods as an adult. He is survived by his mother, Mary; brother, Marty Spring of Columbus and Sister, Darla (Mike) Matheny of New Lexington; niece, Jessica; nephews, Justin, Shawn and Kody; and two great nephews. Alan was preceded in death by his father, Paul; and a brother, Gary Spring. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, January 24, 2019 in Rose Hill Cemetery, Roseville.
