We were shocked to learn of Rodger's passing. He was quite a character and one whom we have known for many years. In his early years when my parents ran the Alpine restaurant, Rodger was always hanging around there and acting very cool. Then many years later, he and Millard built our house after our fire. His stories and loud, infectious laugh helped us to stay focused on our rebuilding issues and see the humor in a difficult circumstance.. Rodger Miller will be missed by many and he definitely was one of a kind. Rest in peace, my friend.
