Phyllis Ann (Barbour) Miller

Phyllis A. Miller, 78, of Roseville, passed away Monday, July 3, 2017 at the Oaks at Bethesda. She was born February 10, 1939 in Jonben, West Va., to the late Putnam John and Thelma Louise Barbour. Phyllis worked as the director of information services for Genesis Healthcare for many years, where she later retired. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Zanesville and the Roseville American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Phyllis was a key member of the auxiliary and in helping to establish Patriot’s Park on Main Street in Roseville. She is survived by sons, Darin (Sarah) Miller of St. Clairsville and Brent (Jennifer) Miller of Roseville; daughter, Crystal Miller of Roseville; brother, James (Mary) Barbour; sisters, Rose (Don) Cottrell and Linda Nykile; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents; brother, Gary Barbour and sisters, Pauline Spring, Dixie Mcelroy and Virginia “Fuzzy” Patterson. Friends and Family may call Thursday, July 6 from 2 pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 33 N. Main Street, Roseville, where funeral services will be held Friday, July 7 at 12pm with Pastor John Dean Cottrell officiating. Per her wishes, cremation will follow and private services will take place in Rose Hill Cemetery at a later date.
